Working Bee.

On Sunday the 15th August we all got together for yet another working bee. Each time we have held one
of these we get more and more members attending and helping out. It went from 1 overlocker and sewing machine
the 1st year, to 2 of each the second year, and this year was even bigger again!!!

We had people cutting out, people sewing and overlocking, others were cooking and feeding us, there were
those making show cages safe and bringing them in line with our standards. We all worked so well
together and managed to make our highest number yet of "rat bags" and hammocks.

Days like this allow us to have some great merchandise available to sell, and in turn this allows us to have a healthy
bank account which we can then use on making the club more fun, buying things to help make life easier
such as our wonderful trailer. It also allows us to help those in need by donating to the rescue & rehoming of
all the rescues that come through the club. A BIG THANKS to the "Greens" for hosting
it for another year, and all those who attended on the day and maybe next year we might have to
find a new venue to accommodate us all
